Spruce
Spruce dates back to the original resort and retains most of the original 1950’s character and charm. This cozy, rustic cabin has a kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed. The kitchen has a 20″ gas range, a 12 cu. ft. refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The cabin includes a charcoal grill, charcoal and lighter fluid. The cabin does not have AC, Wi-Fi or TV. There is a screen porch, a fish cleaning house and a fire pit on the resort grounds for use by all of our guests and a large community dock where you keep your boat, swim, fish or sit and enjoy the view.
Rental rates from May 28 to to August 26, 2022:
$700 per week or $140 per night, plus $35 per stay cleaning fee.
Rental rates before May 28 or after August 26, 2022:
$590 per week or $118 per night, plus $35 per stay cleaning fee.
Maximum occupancy is 3 people.
State and local taxes (currently 6% ) will be added to listed rates.
